Long time ...

it has been since I've done a decent post.

I contemplated explaining why it's been so long since there's been a decent peep out of me, but I feel it might just become a soppy story of note and rather than dwell on it I'd just like to put it behind me.

Needless to say it's been two weeks of.. hell would probably be the wrong word, but it's a close approximation of how it's felt.I'm been spending near on 14hrs per day at work, through weekends as well, to finish a project that was completely misquoted and wrongfully judged by other people to be a quick and easy little roll out. It has not been, and it's cost me a lot more than just long hours.

The above mentioned long hours has stripped me of my creative side a bit.. I lack some inspiration to even go take pictures with the camera... something I've always loved to just pick up and take some shots with. Hopefully I'll get the bite again to pick it up and do something nice and creative.

In the meantime the news is positive. My brother will be heading over to the UK on the 26/27th of May and we'll be heading out to pick the man up at Heathrow (all be it with the tube...) so that we can confuse the life out of him when we start switching lines and zones as we head home to the East side... really look forward to him coming over, haven't lived with my brother for a while and it's always a nice experience when I've had to be at home in Cape Town between traveling and the likes..

More than that there's not much else to say really. I have learned a lot from the last 4 weeks at IMG media, but I'm not entirely sure at what cost yet. Soon I get onto a new project however, where Adam might be able to help me a lot, as it's supposedly going to be a project with ASP and Java involved with each other.... not sure yet myself.. sounds interesting. In the meantime I have to finish up some freelance, which I haven't been able to get to on account of leaving the house at 7:20am every morning and getting back home at 2am the next morning, to get up again at 6:30 so that I can leave at 7:20 again.
